HEROBOTS

HEROBOTS develops bioinspired soft robotic technologies (and related hardware and software solutions) for enabling remote operations in challenging environments that can not be performed using classical robotic systems. In particular, HEROBOTS develops software tools that can be used for modeling, simulation, planning and control of robotic systems with flexible elements. From the product development point of view, HEROBOTS develops long-reach robots to enable inspection and maintenance in difficult-to-reach and hazardous environments.
